BY REGISTERING ON POGADS.COM YOU AKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

You agree that you will not use pogads.com for any purpose that is illegal or that do not meet this agreement.
including but not limited to encourage users to click or artificially simulate clicks on advertisements provided by pogads.com,
defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the others' legal rights (including privacy).
Privacy
pogads.com collects personal information to access the members section. It is not shared with any third party.
it is only used to lower fraud on our site.
The Network
pogads.com default commission to publishers is 60% of the amount paid by advertisers. the commission of the publisher may vary on
based on further agreements between pogads.com and a specific publisher. More than that pogads.com will also give a 5% commission
of the earnings of a publisher referred by an existing member of pogads.com using his referral code which can be find inside the members section.
all the money mentionned in pogads.com is USD no matter in which country the publisher or advertiser is located. The minimum possible amount value
for a click is $0.01 records keep track of the publisher's earning in a matter of 1/10th of a cent rounded to $0.01 at the moment of processing payment.
The value of a click is defined by a sophisticated algorithm that will make the advertisers with better clickthrough rate benefit from a cheaper price per click.
The price of a click will never be more than 10% over the maximum cost per click target set by the advertiser in the members section.
There is currently a minimum deposit amount of $10 non-refundable required in order to advertise using the pogads.com network.
Liability
pogads.com makes no guarantee regarding the level of impressions of Ads or clicks on any ad, the delay of delivery
of impressions and/or clicks, or the amount of any payment to be made to you under this Agreement. In addition, for the avoidance
of doubt, pogads.com does not guarantee the site will be operable at all times or during any down time
1. caused by outages to any public Internet backbones, networks or servers,
2. caused by any failures of Your equipment, systems or local access services,
3. for previously scheduled maintenance or relating to events beyond pogads.com's control
You assume all responsibility and risk for use of the site including without limitation any of the content or information contained therein.
In no event shall pogads.com, including all its employees, members, affiliates, partners be liable for any incidental,
indirect, consequential damages whatsoever (including damages for loss of profits, interruption, loss of business information,
or any other pecuniary loss) in connection with any claim, loss, damage, action, suit or other proceeding arising,
including without limitation your use of, reliance upon, access to, or exploitation of pogads.com network, the content or any part
thereof, or any rights granted to you hereunder, whether the action is based on contract, tort (including negligence), infringement of
intellectual property rights or otherwise.
In any event, pogads.com's total maximum aggregate liability under this membership agreement or in respect of the use or exploitation of
any or all part of the site or the content in any manner whatsoever shall be limited to five ($5.00) US Dollars. Some jurisdictions
do not allow for the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may
not apply to you. in such jurisdictions, the liability pogads.com shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Payments
Payments will be issued once a month during the third week of the said month covering the earnings generated the month before.
Payments can be made by paypal or cheque for every month where the total earnings, including previous months earnings
that did not reach the minimum payout, are over $20.
pogads.com is not responsible for paypal's eligibility in your country.
Know that payment can be taken back in a period of 30 days if the member has not provided legitimate information or has been
encountered cheating or trying to cheat the system.
General
This statement is subject to change at any given time. In the event, in which this statement is modified or altered in anyway, the changes
will be posted on this page so that you are always aware of the policy.
You represent and warrant that you are of sufficient legal age to use the site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you
may incur as a result of the use of the site. you agree to be responsible for all of your use of the site (as well as for use of your member name
and password(s) by others, including without limitation, minors living with you). you agree to supervise all usage by minors of the site under your
name or account.
Failing to fully comply with this statement can lead to non-payment, revenue loss and account termination.
